  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese Feel free to use different types of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or ranch dressing Serve with extra ranch dressing or sour cream for dipping.

Preparation
  1. Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Layer 1/2 cup of shredded chicken in the center.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Add a dollop of sour cream or ranch dressing.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.
  2. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Slice in half and serve hot.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the wrap in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet to restore crispiness.
