Preparation
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
- Layer 1/2 cup of shredded chicken in the center.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on top of the chicken.
- Add a dollop of sour cream or ranch dressing.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a wrap.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the wrap in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet to restore crispiness.
