Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, diced ham, Swiss cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a side of mashed potatoes, green beans, or a fresh salad. A drizzle of gravy or a sprinkle of extra Swiss cheese can enhance the flavor. Store leftovers tightly wrapped for up to 3 days in the fridge or slice and freeze for up to 2 months.
