- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until creamy and well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas and add a portion of the filling near one edge.
- Roll tightly into taquitos and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
Baking
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve with ranch dressing, sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for dipping. Roll tightly to keep filling inside and serve immediately for best texture. You can add hot sauce for spice.
