  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great for convenience
  • 6 slices crispy bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
For the Ranch Sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional, for a smoky kick

Method
 

Prepare the Ranch Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Warm Your Tortillas
  1. Heat tortillas on a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side or wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Lay each tortilla flat and layer in order: shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheese.
Drizzle with Ranch and Serve
  1. Generously spoon the prepared ranch sauce over the fillings. Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize your tacos by adding sliced jalapeños, avocado slices, or by using different tortillas. They are meal prep friendly allowing filling to be prepared ahead of time for quick assembly.
