Ingredients
  

For the Tacos
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken works great!
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
For the Ranch Sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika optional, for extra smoky flavor

Method
 

Make the Ranch Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using) until smooth. Set aside while you prepare the tacos.
Warm the Tortillas
  1. Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Layer shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
Drizzle & Serve
  1. Generously spoon the ranch sauce over the fillings, fold the tortillas, and serve immediately.

Notes

Add more flavor: top with sliced avocado, jalapeños, or pickled onions. Cheese alternatives: swap cheddar for pepper jack or a Mexican blend.
