  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken to save time
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon pieces Crispy for the best texture
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken, cooked bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture over the rolled-out dough, leaving some space at the edges.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape, pinching the ends to seal.
  6. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
