  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the quesadillas.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread ranch dressing on one tortilla.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and cheese on the tortilla.
  4. Top with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes
