Ingredients
  

Pasta and Main Ingredients
  • 12 ounces short pasta (rotini, penne, bowtie, or fusilli)
  • Salt to taste Salt for boiling water
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken can be used.
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Feel free to use different types of cheese.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in boiling water with salt. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and green onions.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve cold as a side dish or main meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Stir before serving as the dressing may thicken.
