Ingredients
  

For the cheese sticks
  • 1 package Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, chopped Use pre-cooked chicken to save time
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon, chopped Use pre-cooked bacon for convenience
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Can substitute with barbecue sauce for variation
  • 5 sticks Mozzarella string cheese Cut in half if needed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface.
  3. Spread ranch dressing on the dough.
  4. Evenly distribute the chopped cooked chicken and bacon over the ranch dressing.
  5. Place mozzarella string cheese sticks on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly to encase the fillings.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into individual cheese sticks.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Tips: Pair with extra ranch dressing for dipping or a spicy sauce for some heat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
