  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, chopped Leftover rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter For buttering the bagels.

Preparation
  1. Begin by toasting the bagels lightly to help them hold the toppings well.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken with a little ranch dressing to add flavor.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each bagel half.
  4. Top each bagel half with chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the prepared bagels on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  1. Serve the bagel melts warm for the best taste.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the chicken mixture. If you like it spicy, add some hot sauce to the ranch dressing. Experiment with different cheeses, like Monterey Jack or pepper jack, for a unique taste.
