  • 1 package cream cheese Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup fiesta cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large burrito tortillas
Garnish (Optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and taco seasoning until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the fiesta cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly to form pinwheels.
  5. Slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces.
  6. For easier cutting, chill the pinwheels in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store any leftover Cheesy Taco Pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also prepare them a day in advance and keep them chilled. Feel free to customize the pinwheels with your favorite ingredients like diced tomatoes or black olives.
