  • 1 lb large shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined Ensure shrimp is fresh and properly thawed for best flavor.
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to experiment with different types of cheeses.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dough
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, paprika, shrimp, crab meat, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Arrange the dough in a circle on a baking sheet, with the wide ends overlapping.
  5. Spoon the shrimp and crab mixture onto the wide ends of the dough.
  6. Fold the narrow ends over the filling to form a ring.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
