Main ingredients
  • 1 pack Samyang noodles Refer to package for cooking instructions.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Use freshly grated for better melting.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for better melting.
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • to taste Pepper Add according to preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. Cook the Samyang noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the cooked noodles and heavy cream to the pan, then mix well.
  3. Beat the eggs and add them to the noodle mixture off the heat to create a creamy sauce.
  4. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Season with pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot and consider adding more green onions or extra cheese on top for added flavor. Pairs well with a side salad or crusty bread. If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
