Cooking Noodles
- Cook the Samyang noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles and heavy cream to the pan, then mix well.
- Beat the eggs and add them to the noodle mixture off the heat to create a creamy sauce.
- Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with pepper to taste.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
