  • 1 piece egg (optional) Adds creaminess if used.

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Boil the water in a pot and cook the Samyang Carbonara noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain the noodles, reserving a little bit of the cooking water.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the grated cheese with the butter.
  2. Combine the drained noodles with the cheese and butter mixture, adding reserved water as needed to create a creamy sauce.
  3. If using, stir in the egg until well combined and creamy.
Serving
  1. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For extra creaminess, use a bit more cheese or butter. This dish can be customized by adding vegetables like peas or bell peppers. Adjust the spiciness by using less of the spice packet if preferred. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to restore creaminess.
