  • 1 pack Samyang ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Adjust according to desired thickness.
  • 1 cup grated cheese (like mozzarella or parmesan) Freshly grated for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or ham (optional) For additional protein and flavor.

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Cook the Samyang ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add grated cheese and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  4. If using, add the cooked bacon or ham.
Combining and Serving
  1. Combine the cooked noodles with the cheesy sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a spicy kick, consider using the spice packet from the Samyang noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
