Cooking the Noodles
- Cook the Samyang ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated cheese and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- If using, add the cooked bacon or ham.
Combining and Serving
- Combine the cooked noodles with the cheesy sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider using the spice packet from the Samyang noodles. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
