  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce Adjust to taste for spiciness.

Preparation
  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  3. Prepare Spanish rice according to package instructions.
  4. Heat the tortillas in a separate pan until soft.
Assembly
  1. Spread nacho cheese on one tortilla, add a layer of Spanish rice, then the seasoned beef, and drizzle chipotle sauce.
  2. Top with another tortilla.

  1. Cook in a pan over medium heat until both sides are golden and everything is heated through.
