Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 32.6 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (two 16.3 oz cans)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and generously grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into four wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the dough pieces with the pepperoni, mozzarella, melted butter, and Italian seasoning until everything is coated well.
  4. Transfer the mixture evenly into the prepared bundt pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven until puffed and deep golden brown. If it starts browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil to help it bake through.
  2. Once done, invert the pan onto a serving plate while it’s still warm.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding some garlic powder or fresh herbs to the melted butter. Make sure to grease the bundt pan well to prevent sticking. You can use whole-wheat biscuit dough or add veggies like bell peppers or spinach for a healthier version.
