Pizza Roll-Up Ingredients
  • 1 can 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping) Use extra for serving
  • 1.5 cups 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices (optional, to taste) Add according to preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara or pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, if using.
  6. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with extra marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

These roll-ups are best served fresh out of the oven and can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
