Ingredients
  

Bread and Fillings
  • 2 halves French bread halves
  • 1.5 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Add extra for more melted cheese.
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread halves and hollow them slightly to create space for the filling.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine the lobster, heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix until it becomes creamy.
  4. Fill each bread half with the lobster mixture. Brush the edges with the garlic butter mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the filled bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot out of the oven as a fantastic appetizer or main dish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
