Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread halves and hollow them slightly to create space for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine the lobster, heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix until it becomes creamy.
- Fill each bread half with the lobster mixture. Brush the edges with the garlic butter mixture.
Baking
- Place the filled bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Serve hot out of the oven as a fantastic appetizer or main dish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
