For the topping
  • 1 pound Ground beef Season to taste.
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to experiment with other cheeses.

  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the fries by baking or frying them until they are golden and crispy.
  2. While the fries are cooking, take a skillet and brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Break up the ground beef as it cooks and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Assembly
  1. Once the fries are ready, spread them out on a baking tray.
  2. Top the fries evenly with the cooked beef.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Place the tray in the oven until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then serve hot.

Notes
