  • 2 large large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large large tortillas Flour or whole wheat tortillas work best
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread garlic butter on each tortilla.
  4. Place a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll them up tightly.
Cooking
  1. Grill each wrap for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  2. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
