  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Use rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken.
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese Pepper jack can be used for a spicy kick.
  • 0.25 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Tortillas or wraps
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or oil for grilling Use for grilling the wraps.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortillas or wraps and spoon the chicken mixture onto each.
  3. Roll the wraps tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  2. Grill the wraps for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or onions to make the wraps more nutritious. Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
