Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, cream cheese, and water until combined.
- Gently fold in the lump crabmeat and minced garlic.
- Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each biscuit.
Baking
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm with a dipping sauce like garlic butter or tartar sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
