Preparation
- Prepare all your ingredients by dicing the potatoes and cutting the corn into rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine beef, potatoes, broccoli, and corn. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices. Toss until evenly coated.
- Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mixture into portions, adding cheese cubes on top of each.
- Fold the foil tightly into sealed packets.
Cooking Methods
- For the oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 30–40 minutes until potatoes are tender and beef is cooked.
- For the grill: Cook on a medium heat grill for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
Carefully open packets to avoid steam. Serve in foil for rustic presentation or transfer to a plate. You can add mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions for variety; try swapping the cheese for cheddar or mozzarella.
