Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook for 2–3 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the baking dish. Add half the ravioli, half the cheese mixture, and half the sauce. Repeat layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Pair with a green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. A sprinkle of extra Parmesan adds a delicious final touch! Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
