Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef, mixing well.
  4. Pour the cooked beef mixture into the greased baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, combine milk and cheddar cheese, then pour it over the beef.
  6. Cut the biscuit dough into pieces and place them on top of the mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
