Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest and then slice.
  4. In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Assemble the sandwich by layering the chicken and cheese mixture between two slices of Texas toast.
