Blending
- Add the soaked cashews, dates, frozen banana, water, ice, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sea salt to a high-powered blender.
- Blend on high until thick and creamy.
Serving
- Pour the date shake into glasses.
- Garnish with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
Notes
