Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Cooking Bacon
  1. In a pan, cook bacon or pancetta over medium heat until crispy.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
  2. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve some pasta water and drain the rest from the pot.
  3. Quickly mix the hot pasta with the crispy bacon, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the egg mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve a creamy texture.
Serving
  1. Finish with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.

Notes
