- Melt the Kraft caramels in the microwave with a splash of milk until bubbling and smooth.
- Carefully spoon a dollop of warm, gooey caramel into the center of each Frito Scoop.
- Melt the Toll House chocolate morsels, drizzle generously over the caramel-filled scoops, and finish with a sprinkle of Morton Kosher salt.
- Let set before serving!
