  • 10 oz mini marshmallows Can substitute with regular marshmallows, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1/2 cup dry yellow cake mix (heat-treated) Ensure it's heat-treated for safety
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal Can substitute with other puffed cereals or popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles Feel free to use other types of sprinkles or chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows together in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Once smooth, whisk in the dry yellow cake mix.
  3. Remove from heat and gently fold in the crispy rice cereal and rainbow sprinkles.
  4. Press the sticky mixture gently into a lined 9x13 pan.
  5. Let sit for 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
