  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked Season as desired.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef and shredded cheese.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and seal it tightly to form a ball.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
