Preparation
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lined baking sheet and shape it into a flat rectangle.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until fully coated.
- Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of the dough. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the long edges of the dough over the filling and pinch the ends tightly to seal everything inside.
- Brush the top with melted butter and cut a few shallow slits across the surface to allow steam to escape.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and fully cooked.
Notes
Cutting small slits on top of the dough prevents it from bursting while baking. Brushing butter on top helps achieve a golden, crispy finish.
