  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely diced
For the Dressing
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar

  2. Add the halved grapes, sliced cucumber, and finely diced red onion to the bowl with the broccoli.
  3. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then let it cool slightly before crumbling it into small pieces. Add the bacon to the bowl with the vegetables and grapes.

  5. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss everything together until well coated.

  7. Serve chilled and garnish with extra bacon or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

This salad tastes even better after chilling, making it perfect for preparing in advance. You can customize it with additional ingredients like sunflower seeds, nuts, or cheese for extra flavor and crunch.
