Preparation
- Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and arrange the cut bagels on a baking sheet.
- Smear a generous layer of cream cheese over the cut side of each bagel half.
- Pour a little gravy on top, followed by the cooked sausage crumbles and bacon bits.
- Cover the entire surface with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling hot, about 20-25 minutes.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, warm individual portions in the microwave or heat the whole dish in the oven. For variation, substitute different meats or cheeses, and consider adding extra vegetables.
