Preparation
- Rinse the limes well and cut them into quarters.
- Place the lime quarters into a powerful blender without peeling them. Add 3 cups of cold water.
- Blend for about 30 seconds or until everything is smooth. Make sure not to overblend, as this can cause bitterness.
- Strain the lime juice through a fine sieve to remove all the pulp.
- Return the strained juice back to the blender. Add half a can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup of ice.
- Blend again until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk if needed.
Serving
- Serve the Brazilian Lemonade over ice in cups and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftover Brazilian Lemonade, store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep in mind the ice will melt and dilute the flavor. For an extra creamy texture, blend in more sweetened condensed milk according to your taste.
