  • 1.5 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt Use low-fat or regular yogurt as per preference.
  • 0.5 cups 2% milk Can replace with almond milk or any milk of choice.
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted Choose ripe avocados for the best consistency.
  • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries Fresh or frozen strawberries can be used.
  • 1 cup sliced ripe banana Banana can add sweetness; adjust based on taste.
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed Fresh raspberries preferred for flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach Spinach adds nutrients without altering the taste significantly.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Blueberries offer antioxidants.
  • 0.5 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
  • 0.25 cups unflavored whey protein powder Optional for extra protein.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.

Notes

Serve immediately after blending for the best taste. Add extra berries or granola for presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. If thick, add a little milk before serving.
