Ingredients
  

Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberry core power protein shake Any flavor of protein shake can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup wild blueberries (frozen) Fresh blueberries can also be used but frozen gives a thicker texture.
  • 1 medium banana (frozen) Frozen banana adds sweetness and a creamy texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Put all of your smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until everything is combined.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a tall glass with a straw or into a to-go bottle.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding yogurt or milk. Adjust blueberry and banana amounts to taste. This shake tastes best chilled; consider adding ice if desired. Store any leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours.
