  • 1/4 cup instant plain oatmeal Can substitute with regular oats, blend longer.
Flavorings
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash sea salt Sprinkle on top before serving.

Preparation
  1. Place the first six ingredients into a blender.
