Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and butter together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
Serve sliced, either warm or at room temperature. It's delicious on its own or with a spread of butter. For extra flair, consider topping with powdered sugar or a cream cheese glaze.
