Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine blueberry juice, coconut milk, ice, and fresh blueberries.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

If there are leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Stir before serving again as separation may occur. Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired. Experiment with other fruits for variations.
