Ingredients
  

For the Rolls
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh or thawed if using frozen.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional) Dust on top before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and blueberries until well mixed.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle, and roll it up.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can serve the rolls with coffee or milk. For an added treat, consider pairing them with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
