  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling You can substitute with fresh blueberries if desired.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter For brushing and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Take the biscuit dough and press it out flat using your hand.
  3. Place a small scoop of blueberry pie filling in the center of each dough piece.
  4. Pinch the seams of the dough shut tightly to form a sealed ball.
  5. Brush the balls with melted butter and roll them in granulated sugar to coat generously.
Cooking
  1. Place the prepared biscuit balls in the air fryer and cook until they puff up and turn golden brown.
  2. Ensure the seams are sealed well to keep the fruit from leaking during cooking.

Notes

These donut bites are best served warm, possibly with powdered sugar on top and a side of whipped cream.
