  • 1 box rotini pasta Can substitute with gluten-free pasta if needed.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
Bacon
  • 13 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled Regular bacon can be used as a substitute.

Preparation
  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, crumbled turkey bacon, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Toss gently to combine.
  4. You can add your favorite dressing if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

For added flavor, use a dressing that complements the ingredients, such as ranch or a light vinaigrette. You can add shredded cheese or avocado for extra creaminess. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. If dressing is added, consider storing it separately to prevent sogginess.
