  • 1 cup dairy-free milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option
  • 1 cup blackberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed Fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana Use ripe banana for sweetness
  • 1 medjool date, pitted (optional)
  • protein powder (optional) Add for extra protein boost

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  2. Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes
