  • 1 cup blackberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed Fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 medjool date, pitted (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 scoop Protein powder (optional) For added protein

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
  3. Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
Storage
  1. If you have leftovers, refrigerate in an air-tight glass pitcher or in glass bottles for up to 3 days.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a thicker consistency. Adjust sweetness with a medjool date. Use any dairy-free milk based on preference. For added nutrition, consider adding spinach or kale.
