  • 1 cup Coconut milk For a thicker drink, add more coconut milk.
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries Optional for garnish.
  • 2 cups Ice
  • to taste Sweetener Adjust according to your preference.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine blackberry juice and coconut milk. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
  2. Pour the mixture over ice in a tall glass.
  3. If desired, add freeze-dried blackberries on top for garnish.
  4. Stir gently and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container. Stir gently before serving again as ingredients may separate. Experiment with lime juice or almond milk for variations.
