- In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until combined and thickened.
- In another bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
Layering
- In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer Biscoff cookies, sliced bananas, and the pudding mixture.
- Drizzle caramel sauce between layers and on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the pudding mixture.
- Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and additional caramel.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled. Looks great in a trifle dish or individual cups. Add extra crushed Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of caramel on top for presentation. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, tightly covered; best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
