Ingredients
  

For the Scrambled Eggs
  • 4 large large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
For the Sausage and Home Fries
  • 4 links breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups diced russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
For the Pancakes
  • 3 fluffy pancakes store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp butter for pancakes
  • to taste Maple syrup for serving

Method
 

Cooking Home Fries
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are golden and crispy.
  2. Toss in the onions and red peppers during the last few minutes of cooking.
Cooking Sausage
  1. In another pan, cook the sausage links over medium heat until they are browned and cooked through.
Making Scrambled Eggs
  1. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt a little oil or butter in a non-stick pan over low heat, then pour in the eggs and gently fold as they cook.
  3. Add cheddar cheese at the end and mix well.
Preparing Pancakes
  1. Warm the pancakes in a skillet with the remaining butter until they are golden brown.
Assembling the Breakfast Plate
  1. Assemble everything on a plate: crispy home fries, juicy sausage, cheesy scrambled eggs, and fluffy pancakes.
  2. Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes for the finishing touch.
