- In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup of the French onion soup with the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 6 oval patties.
Cooking
- Brown the patties on both sides in a skillet over medium heat, then drain the grease.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour with the remaining soup, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the patties in the skillet, cover, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
